Print Jobs Safely Stored on the Server

Is it possible to print a document safely on a multi-functional device located in a corridor and equipped with an unprotected hard drive?

When using the SafeQ server, jobs are stored in one place: the spooler on the server. This storage can be backed up (also differential backup is possible), modified and easily expanded on a regular basis. Furthermore, no hard drive must be procured and installed into the printers, multiplying the cost savings in larger companies.

Job saving on the server has a number of advantages

claim for printed documents based on card identification

Documents stored on the print server are printed only after card authorisation on the SafeQ print terminal. Therefore, you need not worry about the hard drive being stolen from the network printer or multi-functional device and you can be sure that jobs will only be printed by their respective owners (and/or group members when using a shared queue).

Print jobs are stored safely on the print server and network printers do not have to be equipped with a hard drive.
