Central Administration via Web Interface
We have many printers and thus need central administration and accounting for all printers and copiers.
Central administration of SafeQ is powered by a web interface accessible anytime from the entire network. You can, under the administration account, manage all the settings of the print environment, e.g. printers, print queues, redirecting properties and access rights.

With individual print queues, you may set rights for both users and groups. For instance, you may apply the disallowing of colour print, set up credit accounting and/or restrict the number of pages per single print job.
However, the strongest advantage is the fact that data is centralised at one place. Centralized device records enable uniform administration and configuration of all print queues and print devices.
A clear advantage is the option of viewing the entire print environment from above and optimising it as desired.
