Our vision

Y Soft vision is to “Build Czech Global Company”.

We want to become an example for economies and entrepreneurs of Central and Eastern Europe that also our region can have headquarters of global companies built from scratch.

We know, how it is, if affiliated company cannot change anything. We know it from hundreds of daughter companies of large foreign entities. We want to learn from mistakes. Though Y Soft headquarters is in the Czech Republic, Y Soft works and acts like there would be no borders. We call this “boundless” value.
Global reach is never ending inspiration and professional growth opportunity for both individuals and companies. What we learn in one part of the world helps us in the rest.
