Y Soft Six Attitudes are characteristics crucial to all Y Soft employees — regardless their business unit, job role or geography. These six core competencies provide the foundation for customer satisfaction, professional growth, underscore the Y Soft Values and establish a cornerstone for continuously increasing performance.
These six attitudes are regularly evaluated and have direct impact on bonus system of our employees.
Have the energy to make or cause a progress, to inniate new things, to drive actions. Teemed with energy. Flexible, quickly adapt to changes. Able to work independently. Self esteem to promote own ideas.
Recharge yourself and give energy to others, both inside and outside of the company (your team, customers, suppliers). Motivate others to invent and deliver new ideas.
Be open to ideas coming from anywhere. Encourage and support collaboration, be open to the discussion even if you initially disagree. Welcome different views and see things also from the perspective of other people.
Give constructive feedback to the co-workers and be opened to receive one, too. Promote ideas of others
Continuous performance without divergences. Deliver results beyond expectations. Be productive, active and efficient, seek new tasks and challenges. Find ways to develop new processes, to deliver higher standards and cost save. Think team wise. Simply, be great at your work. Make things happen.
Have a passion for Y Soft. Be optimistic, do not moan, spread positive atmosphere. Have optimistic outlook. Find the positive reasons and solutions. Quickly bounce back from failures, take your lessons. Spread the Y Soft spirit inside and outside the company.
Follow through promises, meet your deadlines, do not betray trust (both internally and externally). Be realistic when agreeing on deadlines, keep in mind that tasks of others depend on delivery of your tasks. Do not prioritize business over ethics.
Y Soft Values are however much wider than Y Soft Six Attitudes. Y Soft Values, together with Y Soft Six attitudes form a unique DNA of Y Soft culture. Our values has been formed by our 11 years of history, by our customers, our employees, and our visions.
Customer is the value itself. Customer is in the center of everything we do. We are here for our customers.
We are looking for long term goals and objectives. We invest in our customers. We don’t believe in short term profits. Hard work and customer centric approach will bring the success. We are always looking for continous improvement.
We don’t know problems, only challenges. The fact, that something seems to be impossible doesn’t prevent us from doing it. This applies on technologies that Y Soft produces but also on all our processes. Y Soft employees has always been doing things, which others considered impossible.
